Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive

Production Manager

to oversee and execute the planning, coordination, and supervision of film production activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in media production and a hands-on understanding of working across commercial, corporate, and long-format content. The role requires efficient multitasking, budgeting, scheduling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of production - from pre-production to post. Create detailed production schedules and budgets; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Source and coordinate with crew, vendors, talent, equipment rental houses, and post-production facilities. Supervise on-set activities, ensuring adherence to shooting schedules and creative vision. Maintain strong communication with directors, producers, clients, and stakeholders. Secure permits, legal documents, and permissions for shoots (especially in Dubai and UAE-specific locations). Handle logistics such as travel, accommodation, catering, and transport for cast and crew. Track expenditures, manage petty cash, and report cost breakdowns accurately. Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism across all production activities. Maintain and manage production databases, call sheets, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the film, television, or advertising industry. Proven track record managing TVCs, branded content, and/or long-format projects. Strong knowledge of the UAE production ecosystem and industry practices. Proficiency in production software/tools such as Movie Magic, StudioBinder, Excel, and Trello. Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

UAE Driving License (preferred). Multilingual (English, Hindi; Arabic is a bonus). Network of reliable vendors, crew, and location scouts in the UAE.
