Pre-Expander Machine Operator
Job brief
Main job duty is to run the pre-expansion machine.
Competences:
English communication and computer knowledge. Accept working overtime and during holidays sometimes.
Responsibilities
Set up the machine to start the production cycle. Control and adjust machine settings. Load the raw material on the RM hopper. Monitor density and other parameters of the beads. Load the beads to the proper silos. Clean the machine before switching to a new recipe. Follow the plan and target assigned by the supervisor. Test operation of the machine periodically. Fix the issues that might occur during the shift and report to the concerned supervisor. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Update the production report on the system.
