Job Title: Digital Printer Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Printer Operator with hands-on expertise in operating Ricoh PRO C9200 and Canon imagePRESS C9010VP digital production printers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the commercial printing industry and a keen eye for print quality, color consistency, and machine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage Ricoh PRO C9200 and Canon C9010VP digital printers efficiently for high-quality output.

- Set up print jobs, calibrate machines, and ensure consistent color and registration.

- Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.

- Monitor print queues and complete jobs within tight deadlines.

- Inspect printed materials for accuracy, quality, and adherence to client specifications.

- Coordinate with the pre-press and post-press teams for smooth job execution.

- Maintain proper records of print jobs and machine logs.

- Follow company standards for print quality and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating Ricoh and Canon high-speed digital production printers.

- In-depth knowledge of print file formats, RIP software, and digital workflows.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.

- Ability to handle multiple jobs under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

- Basic knowledge of machine servicing and preventive maintenance.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or technical training related to digital print operations.

- Prior experience in a commercial or large-format printing company.
