Overview Of The Role

Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and accessories installation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform minor mechanical and electrical troubleshooting as required. Conduct rework and polishing of vehicles while ensuring customer cars remain clean throughout PDI, rework, accessories installation, and polishing. Maintain all workshop equipment, including vehicle lifts, in proper working condition. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times and promptly report any incidents to the Foreman

Deliver high-quality work with minimal job interruptions. Strictly follow SOPs across all assigned tasks. Actively contribute to 5S and Kaizen initiatives within the PDI Centre. Consistently comply with company safety policies and procedures. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile when required. Foster teamwork and support performance improvements through Kaizen practices

Required Skills To Be Successful

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician in the service department of a reputed franchise automotive dealership. Strong customer focus. Commitment to continuous improvement (Kaizen). Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures accurately.

About The Team

This position reports directly to the Foreman. You will be working in a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-paced environment in Kizad, Abu Dhabi.

What Equips You For The Role

ITI (Technical School) or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Valid LMV driving license from your home country, country of residence, or previous country of employment
