Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor - Civil Works - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor to support civil works during the tendering and pre-award stages of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities preparation, and cost control to support competitive and compliant tender submissions aligned with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and review all initial project and tender documentation including architectural, structural, MEP drawings, and technical specifications
Review project documents thoroughly and itemize all required materials and labor for civil works
Perform accurate quantity take-offs using PlanSwift software and prepare detailed measurement sheets
Prepare Bills of Quantities and link quantities directly from approved measurement sheets
Review and cross-check BoQs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and scope alignment
Ensure BoQs comply with applicable standards, guidelines, and project requirements
Compile final BoQ submissions with complete supporting documentation including drawing registers, marked drawings, RFIs, and measurement backups
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Experience in cost consultancy or contracting environments
Strong understanding of pre-contract quantity surveying processes for civil works
Proficiency in PlanSwift and BoQ preparation
Good attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of technical documentation
