Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project scopes, schedules, and preliminary budgets
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for pre-contract stages
• Work closely with estimators and quantity surveyors on accurate cost estimates
• Support development and review of tender documents and contract agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during bidding processes
• Assist in contractor and subcontractor evaluation and selection
• Prepare project schedules and resource allocation plans
• Support development of project management strategies and documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and regulatory requirements
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all pre-contract activities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 3-5 years of project management experience with focus on pre-contract work
• Strong understanding of contract management and FIDIC standards
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Skilled in budgeting, estimating, and scheduling
• Familiar with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in building projects is essential
