Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales consultants based on their specialization.
Maintain and update the company's CRM system (often ZOHO) to track leads and opportunities.
Required experience:
Experience in telesales, lead qualification, or customer service, ideally within the business setup or corporate services industry.
Proficiency in CRM software.
