Create products\xe2\x80\x99 strategies and translate it into a product roadmap
Manage product development process end-to-end (customer needs, product costs, stakeholder management, schedule and backlog)
Analyse product metrics (selects best data collection methods, conduct qualitative data collection, analyses of both qualitative and quantitative data)
Implement backlog prioritization
Optimize user experience (in-depth research of customers and competitors, new feature testing and implementation)
Streamline product launch and stabilization
Collaborate with stakeholders (ensure top-to-bottom alignment, making right decisions, managing expectations and requests in line with product roadmap)
Cultivate supplier and vendor relationships (build new relationships, oversee procurement, ensure one-team concepts)
Mentor other managers (internal and external teams)
Qualifications
Education and Professional Qualification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in product design, marketing, or engineering
Certifications preferred in design thinking, product management, change management
Experience:
10+ years of experience in building digital app and web products
3 years experience in a dynamic product management role, preferably in a scale-up company in UAE
Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
Previous experience in software and web development preferred
Proven success as a product developer or marketer in a non-managerial role is desirable
Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising
Demonstrable understanding of growth hacking funnel implementation
Previous experience with MACH (Mobile, API, Cloud-Native, Headless) architecture platforms would be an advantage.
