Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges.Collaborate with internal PR team members to develop strategic communication plans and initiatives aligned with client objectives.Manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution of PR campaigns and activities.Provide strategic counsel to clients on public relations matters, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their brand reputation and visibility.Monitor media coverage and industry trends relevant to clients, providing regular updates and insights to inform PR strategies.Prepare and present reports on PR activities, results, and outcomes to clients, demonstrating the value of our services and the impact on their business.Handle client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in the field of public relations, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.Must be an Arabic speaker or Eastern European. Proven experience in public relations or client relations, preferably within a PR agency or similar environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and navigate challenging situations diplomatically.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software/tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Hootsuite) preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.A passion for building and maintaining relationships, with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.
