Position Purpose
Work as part of the PR & Events team to create engaging and memorable activations and experiences across the MENA region.
Drive Sephora\xe2\x80\x99s awareness and desirability by leading on and managing the Sephora Squad program along with key influencer and talent activations within the region. Deliver to ensure the strategy execution is suited for each market/region with the right prios and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in mind.
This role reports into the PR & Events Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Main Responsibilities:
Measurement:
Build & grow, Sephora Squad, a Sephora in-house content creator program. Manage the Squad\xe2\x80\x99s calendars, dispatches, and key priorities in internal alignment with all internal and external key stakeholders
Actively source, vet, pitch, negotiate, and contract strong partnerships for paid/unpaid social, campaigns and initiatives that drive strategic brand objectives
Cultivate and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with new and existing partners, creators, trendsetters, and beauty authorities - while continuously seeking new ones
Build Influencer strategy with relevant pitches for all thematics, and key product launches while capitalizing on of-the-moment trends, cultural moments, and newsworthy press hooks
Develop an "always-on" strategy for ongoing, evergreen marketing campaigns as well as brand & retail moments.
Collaborate and partner with the Performance Marketing Team to develop and oversee paid/organic influencer marketing strategies, negotiate and utilize existing influencer content in an efficient paid capacity
Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach
Suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends
Brainstorm creative ideas & initiatives that could become the next viral or trending story
Become part of the Sephora Collection Crew, manage their PR calendar, create disruptive seedings, activations and ensure ROI in alignment with the KPIS
Reporting & Budgeting:
Efficiently drive, track, and analyze performance where needed on a monthly against ROI targets
Contribute to team performance reporting and campaign analytics with optimization strategy as a focus
General administration including management of the press budget
Skills, Experience and Personality
The successful candidate should possess the below:
Work experience: +4 years in a similar PR/social/digital media role. Beauty/fashion industry/retail environment preferred.
Skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
Languages: Arabic (Mandatory) + English
Willing and able to travel as required
