Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Director of PR and Communication to join our leading luxury real estate brokerage based in the UK but supporting the London, Dubai and KSA offices. As Director of PR and Communication, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic public relations and communications plan to enhance the brand reputation and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of media relations, including developing and pitching stories, responding to media inquiries, and managing media coverage. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy to achieve the company\'s marketing and business objectives
- Manage all aspects of media relations, including developing and pitching stories, responding to media inquiries, and managing media coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with key media representatives and influencers
- Create and distribute engaging and informative press releases, articles, and other media materials
- Develop and manage a strong social media presence across all relevant platforms
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and website content
- Track and measure the results of PR and communications campaigns
- Provide strategic counsel to the COO and other senior executives on public relations and communications matters
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry and adapt PR and communications strategies accordingly
- Bachelor\'s degree in public relations, communications, or a related field
- Extensive experience in public relations and communications, with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge and experience in the luxury real estate industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key media representatives and influencers demonstrable by the existence of current relationships across multiple platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- PR: 5 years (Required)
