My client, a successful luxury retail brand is looking to hire a talented PR Marketing Manager to join their team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing PR campaigns that promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand, products, and services. You will work closely with other departments, including Creative and Sales to develop and execute PR strategies that increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
• Write press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate the company\xe2\x80\x99s message.
• Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company executives and spokespeople.
• Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to develop content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership and secure speaking engagements and other public appearances for company executives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure PR campaigns align with broader marketing and business strategies.
• Manage the PR budget and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing media coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of PR tools and software
• Experience in Luxury retail is preferable
