Our client is currently looking for a superstar PR Manager to join their team and assume a leadership role in shaping the brand image and managing communications. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive PR strategies to bolster brand reputation.
- Spearhead PR initiatives for new hotel launches, ensuring widespread media exposure.
- Cultivate strong connections with local, regional, and international media channels.
- Supervise the development of PR materials that authentically reflect brand identity.
- Create captivating pitches and narratives to engage media outlets effectively.
- Coordinate media engagements and events seamlessly.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry experts.
- Stay abreast of PR trends and industry best practices.
- Handle PR crises adeptly and professionally.
- Monitor and evaluate PR outcomes to optimize strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of PR experience, preferably in an agency; hotel pre-opening experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, particularly in the Middle East.
- Demonstrated ability for innovative thinking, multitasking, and taking ownership.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative professional.
- Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, including dining and nightlife.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
