Job Description

Our client is an award-winning public relations and communications agency in the UAE working with businesses and corporations overseas.
They are looking for a PR Manager to join their team in Dubai.
As a PR Manager, you will be responsible to plan, implement and manage public relations programs and strategies. This role requires strong copywriting, storytelling and pitching skills requiring the ideal candidate to wear different hats, to bring the best campaigns to life. Responsibilities
Develop external comms strategies for PR and social media to advance business objectives
Assist with the production of promotional materials including op-eds, articles, content calendars, press kits, media kits, and presentations
Review the online content in media announcements and media kits
Monitor coverage daily and send an update to the team
Check and manage content produced for website and social media channel
Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign
Build long-term relationships with media
Recruit, hire, onboard and train new members of the public relations team
Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings...
Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
Are able to adapt your tone of voice to suit the client persona
Manage content calendars and publishing via content management systems
Project manage the team to ensure deliveries are met on time
Use social media to tell our client\'s stories in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences
Ideating and pitching stories, interviews and press releases on behalf of clients
Reaching out to influencers and media to brief them on campaigns or invite them to events
Managing the designer to ensure creatives contain compelling copy and stories are in line with brand
Take the lead in ideating for client content calendars and new activation ideas
Building reports at the end of every PR or Social Media campaign to help clients understand campaign performance.
Take the lead in coming up with campaign ideas and developing strategy decks that portray ideas in compelling ways
Ensure creatives contain compelling copy and stories are in line with brand, and ensuring correct grammar is used on all visuals Qualifications
2+ years\' of experience in PR
A proven track record of successful PR campaigns
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
A creative spirit allowing you to come up with out of the box content ideas
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capabilities/Skills:
Have an entrepreneurial spirit
Very strong copywriting skills
Are able to adapt your tone of voice to suit the client persona
Are creative and like to come up with new and unprecedented ideas
Have a strong understanding of the social and digital space and are not afraid of venturing into new areas of social communication
Are fluent in English, love writing and are somewhat a perfectionist when it comes to grammar and punctuation
Are detail-oriented and know the difference between good and bad content
Have strong problem solving, communication and people skills
Are a team player with a can-do attitude, who believes anything is possible
Are ready to roll up your sleeves, get things done and celebrate the many successes on the way.
