Job Title: PR / Media / Communications Executive (Local Hire)

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected

PR / Media / Communications Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in public relations, media engagement, content creation, and influencer coordination. This role will support brand visibility through effective storytelling and relationship building with the media and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation Write and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and blog content Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and content creators Coordinate media coverage, interviews, features, and thought leadership opportunities Monitor, analyze, and report media coverage (print, online, and social media) Organize and support PR events, media briefings, and campaign launches Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align messaging and campaign timing Handle crisis communication and reputation management when necessary

Requirements:

Currently based in the UAE (must be available for immediate joining or short notice) Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in PR, media, or corporate communications Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong understanding of the UAE media and influencer landscape Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media monitoring tools
