We are looking for a dynamic and creative

PR Executive

to join our team. The PR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's brand image, maintain media relations, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the press & release PR strategies and campaigns to promote the company's image and products/services. Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other PR materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry influencers. Coordinate and manage press events, conferences, and promotional activities. Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance and media sentiment. Manage the company's social media presence and assist with content creation when needed. Handle crisis communication and act as a spokesperson when required. Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging. Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience (usually 2+ years) in PR or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong media network and ability to develop new relationships. Creativity and ability to think strategically. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media management and content creation. Good organizational and time-management skills. Experience in event planning and management. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
