We are now seeking a dynamic

PR & Influencer Marketing Lead

to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, strengthening media relations, and developing impactful influencer partnerships and help take our brand visibility and community engagement to the next level.

Role Overview:

As the PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that amplify brand awareness through earned media and influencer partnerships. You will build relationships with press, key opinion leaders, content creators, and brand ambassadors across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR strategies to secure media coverage across online, print, and broadcast outlets. Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and brand advocates. Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Create compelling press materials including media kits, press releases, and brand stories. Coordinate and execute influencer campaigns, from briefing to execution and reporting. Monitor and report on PR and influencer marketing KPIs, including earned media value and engagement metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging voices in the influencer and media space. Support brand events, product launches, and partnerships with PR and influencer activations. Collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure aligned messaging and content strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications (agency or in-house). Strong network of media and influencer contacts is a plus. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Highly organized with strong project management abilities. Creative thinker with an eye for emerging trends and culture. Comfortable analyzing campaign results and providing actionable insights. Proficient with social media platforms, influencer marketing platforms/tools, and media databases.
