The Role
Job Objective: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement while ensuring consistency of brand messaging. Developing and implementing a wide range of PR and Communications strategies to support the Company\'s business and branding goals. Main Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with journalists, PR agencies, bloggers and local influencers to increase PR coverage, brand and product awareness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and organize high-quality events such as press conferences and trade shows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strategy and project plan for the Brand Support the creative team on collection launches and plan/execution of overall PR initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring all kinds of news related to National Paints and the Industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Run all corporate digital communication assets such as websites and social media accounts, and keep updating the information to ensure that all content is current and relevant. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proofread articles and branding for various communication materials for all distribution channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for all internal marketing communications plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular emails including the layout of content.

Requirements
Education: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree in journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing from a reputable university. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, PR and Communications in the UAE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent in English and Arabic communication skills both oral and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track records with high-end media relations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative leadership style across Departments and Functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong copy-writing and proofing skills, with a flair for creative writing.
