The position of PR Account Executive will suit an ambitious PR professional who wants a key role in a global, highly successful and rapidly expanding agency. You\xe2\x80\x99ll support your PR Account Manager and leadership team on specific accounts and continue to develop skills across media relations and communication tactics. Key duties will include: \xef\x82\xb7 Working as part of an account team where you\xe2\x80\x99ll implement PR strategies and plans \xef\x82\xb7 Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media and answer day-to-day enquiries from the media and other organisations \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients \xef\x82\xb7 Research and distribute press releases to targeted media \xef\x82\xb7 Collate and analyse media coverage and create clipping reports \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in organising PR events (such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press/influencer trips) \xef\x82\xb7 Assist with sourcing speaker opportunities and seek out suitable brand collaborations \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and update information and engage with users on social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings \xef\x82\xb7 Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to leadership team Requirements Essentials: \xef\x82\xb7 At least 1 year experience of PR in a similar role managing travel/tourism/lifestyle and consumer clients \xef\x82\xb7 An outstanding attention to detail \xef\x82\xb7 You are an excellent writer and can prove it \xef\x82\xb7 You have got a solid range of contacts across the media \xef\x82\xb7 Your organisation skills are top-notch \xef\x82\xb7 Multi-tasking comes naturally to you \xef\x82\xb7 You\xe2\x80\x99re a true people person Candidates need to demonstrate: \xef\x82\xb7 Experience dealing with clients in this region \xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills, including effective writing skills \xef\x82\xb7 Self-confidence, drive, competence, and a willingness to learn \xef\x82\xb7 Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask \xef\x82\xb7 Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to cope under pressure \xef\x82\xb7 Creativity, imagination, and initiative \xef\x82\xb7 Good teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Benefits
