Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR Account Director to join our team. As a PR Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of public relations campaigns for our clients. You will manage a team of PR professionals, collaborate with clients to develop communication strategies, and lead the team in executing successful campaigns that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic public relations campaigns that align with client objectives
• Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all communication
• Develop and maintain strong media relationships and secure high-level media coverage for clients
• Collaborate with clients to develop messaging, communication strategies, and campaign goals
• Oversee the development of high-quality written materials, such as press releases, pitches, and other communication materials
• Monitor and measure the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to clients
• Manage a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging communication technologies

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public relations, with experience managing client relationships and leading teams
• Proven success in developing and executing successful public relations campaigns across multiple industries
• Strong relationships with media contacts and influencers across various industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messages for diverse audiences
• Experience managing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of PR programs using metrics and analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to manage junior team members
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
