Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. Monitor production flow and ensure optimal utilization of machines and manpower. Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Purchase, Stores, and Production to ensure smooth operations. Analyze production data and generate reports to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Maintain raw material inventory levels and ensure timely procurement planning. Monitor job progress and resolve any scheduling issues or bottlenecks. Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery deadlines. Handle job card preparation, material requisition, and dispatch planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in PPC within the
flexible packaging industry
or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production planning tools and ERP systems. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
