Eaton is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Power Quality Application Engineer to support our projects and IT channel business quotations. This role involves working closely with sales teams, other internal teams, and partners. The ideal candidate will provide submittals support, pre-order technical support, custom quotes, and value engineering support. Additionally, this role includes ensuring manual order verification, enabling new partners, and conducting training on Power Quality products. He/She will also be responsible for issuing Partner Authorization Contracts, Letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Large Deal Approvals, and Due Diligence, as well as renewing Authorized Service Agreements contracts.
What youll do:
Supporting Projects and IT Channel Business Quotations:
Provide comprehensive support for projects and IT channel business quotations
Develop and deliver custom quotes and value engineering support
Submittals Support and Pre-Order Technical Support:
Assist with submittals support and provide pre-order technical support to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure accurate and timely processing of manual orders
Partner Enablement and Training:
Enable new partners and conduct training sessions on PQ products
Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure their success
Issuing Contracts and Agreements:
Issue Partner Authorization Contracts, Letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Large Deal Approvals, and Due Diligence
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies
Renewing Authorized Service Agreements:
Manage the renewal process for Authorized Service Agreements contracts
Ensure timely and accurate renewals to maintain strong partner relationships
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in presales, technical support, or a related role within the Power Quality sector.
Skills:
Strong understanding of UPS and Power Quality products and solutions
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
