Job Description
. Deep understanding of cloud data architectures . Ability to design, develop, and tune BI solutions and reports through profound knowledge and understanding of data models: transactional, analytical, and semantic models . Database development experience (preferably with SQL or SQL dedicated pools): designing and building database solutions (tables / stored procedures / queries / etc.) . Understanding of MPP databases and ability to tune MPP databases and optimize them (preferably SQL dedicated pools) . Ability to match technical solutions with customer business requirements. . Ability to combine knowledge of Data warehouses/Analysis Services/Azure Synapse Pipelines/Power BI technologies to generate insights for business users . Technical knowledge in developing ETL/ELT pipelines and performing data transformations using SQL/Python . Solid Experience with following technologies: Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Pipelines, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Dedicated Pools, Spark Pools, Azure Analysis Services, Power BI.
