We are looking Senior POWER BI Consultant for Abu Dhabi Location.
Domain: Banking
Experience: 8+ Yrs Job Responsibilities: Expertise in all functionalities of Microsoft Power BI
Experience in building large dataset models.
Clear understanding of BigDdata architecture and functionality
Impala/Hive DB knowledge and Impala Connectivity Experience
Create dashboard and interactive visual reports using KPI, standard and custom visuals in Power BI desktop.
Connecting different data sources, importing data/DQ, and transforming data for business data model.
Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
Expert in using advanced-level calculations, DAX queries and functions on the data set.
Experience in Power BI report performance optimization, added advantage to have external tools experience to analyze data model size
Comprehensive knowledge of data modelling, data management and data visualization.
Essential experience in dataset refresh, data gateway usage and added advantage to have Power BI administration experience. Experience in Power BI dataflow creation, manage data flow and data flow refresh.
Practical experience with setting RLS and OLS securities on data model/reports.
Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.
Experience in managing Power BI workspace contents.
Strong communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with client and internal teams as well as support system users.
Must have good knowledge in SQL.
Holding Power BI Certification (DA100) is preferred.

Experience of working in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
Dataflow creation and management
Aggregation and storage modes
Performance Optimization (Visual Measures/DAX)
Power BI security (RLS/OLS)
External Tool Experience - DAX Studio, ALM Tool Kit, Tabular Editor
Impala/Hive DB knowledge and Impala Connectivity Experience
Manage and Monitor data set & data flow schedule refresh
Power Shell/Rest API experience to extract inventory & Audit logs
