We are seeking a highly experienced andresults-driven

Power BI Developer

with 10-13 years of professionalexperience, including strong expertise in

Oracle Finance

and

EnterprisePerformance Management (EPM)

solutions. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligencesolutions and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across theorganization.

KeyResponsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards and reports. Analyze and transform complex data from

Oracle Financials and EPM systems

into meaningful insights. Collaborate with business and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Optimize Power BI datasets and data models for performance and scalability. Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across BI solutions. Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, financial systems) and ensure consistency and reliability. Automate and streamline reporting processes using DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualization techniques. Provide support, training, and documentation for end users. Stay updated with the latest BI and analytics technologies and suggest improvements.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:

10-13 years of overall experience in BI/Data Analytics roles. Strong expertise in

Microsoft Power BI

(Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling, Visualizations). Hands-on experience with

Oracle Finance

and

Oracle EPM (Hyperion, FCCS, PBCS, etc.)

. Solid understanding of financial data structures, processes, and reporting. Experience integrating Power BI with Oracle databases and EPM systems. Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice toHave:

Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Familiarity with Azure Data Services or cloud-based BI architecture. * Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics.
