The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into banking business data. Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports to address business needs and objectives. Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand business needs. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Stay up-to-date with Power BI best practices and new features. Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Overall 4+ years of BI experience. 2+ years proven experience with Power BI. Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation. Expertise in Data Modeling, including relationships and calculated columns. Advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating custom measures and calculations. Building and optimizing Power BI Service (publishing, sharing reports, and configuring workspaces) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
