Job Overview
As a Power BI Developer, you will design and develop visual dashboards, KPIs, and data reports based on business requirements. You will be responsible for connecting various data sources, transforming and modeling data, and delivering meaningful insights across departments. Your expertise in DAX/M language and Power BI best practices will be vital to improving decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI Desktop
• Connect to various data sources and transform raw data into structured business intelligence models
• Implement row-level security and data governance practices
• Write complex DAX queries for advanced data analysis and calculations
• Optimize data models to improve performance and scalability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Publish, schedule, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Document design methodology and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI development and administration
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and M query language
• Experience in developing data models and applying row-level security
• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills
• Experience with report publishing, scheduling, and data source integration
• Understanding of prototyping, data analysis, and BI lifecycle
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
