What You'll Do

Design robust

data models

and

Power BI dashboards

covering project lifecycle KPIs (cost, schedule, change, risk, contracts, commercial, quality & safety). Implement

DAX

measures,

Power Query (M)

transformations,

RLS

, and

governance

(workspaces, usage metrics, deployment pipelines). Integrate data from

ERP/finance, planning, and document control

(e.g., SAP/Oracle, Primavera P6, Aconex, SharePoint/Excel/CSV). Embed

internal controls & policy checks

into visuals: contract T&Cs adherence, audit follow-ups, commercial exceptions, risk thresholds. Optimize performance (model size, aggregations, incremental refresh) and maintain

Power BI Service

administration and standards. Document data lineage,

metric definitions

, and produce bilingual stakeholder decks; train users and hand over artefacts.
Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years

building production-grade

Power BI

solutions (end-to-end: data prep ? model ? DAX ? visuals ? publish/govern). Strong

DAX

and

Power Query (M)

; solid

SQL

for sourcing/validation. Hands-on with

Power BI Service

: workspaces, data gateways, RLS, deployment pipelines, permissions, usage analytics. Proven delivery of executive-facing reports for

projects/portfolios, audit/compliance, or finance

. Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders; clear documentation.
Nice to Have (Plus)

Capital projects / PMO / project controls exposure (EVM, WBS, cost/schedule, risks, change orders, contract/claims). Tool familiarity:
