To work in the powder coating plant as a powder painter mainly

To perform all the works related to Powder coating plant like loading and unloading the products, checking the chemical levels in the tanks and do the refilling as and when necessary as per instructions, To do cleaning of paint booth at the end of each shift, to clean the paint guns regularly and maintain the guns in good condition, burning the hooks for paint removal periodically, cleaning the tanks when necessary
3.
To check the paint thickness using elko meter and record the measurements as per process guidelines
4.
To monitor the temperatures in each zone of the curing oven and report to superiors incase of any mal functioning
5.
To monitor paint wastages and report incase of any abnormality
6.
To keep the plant and surroundings clean and tidy
Qualifications & Experience
:
Should have worked in any of the powder coating plants atleast for 2years as a painter
Should be familiar with quality checks and use of instruments
Technical trade certification is preferred
Should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
Preferably around 30 years of age
Should be able to relocate to Abu Dhabi
