The Poultry EURAM Technical Manager will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our Company\xc2\xb4s Animal Health poultry team in the EURAM (Europe, Africa, and Middle East) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies to achieve business goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. The Poultry EURAM Technical Manager will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers and sales teams, as well as developing and delivering technical training programs.

Locations: Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EURAM)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business goals in the poultry segment in the EURAM region.

Provide technical leadership and support to our Company\xc2\xb4s Animal Health poultry team in the EURAM region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, veterinarians, and industry experts.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and communicate these to our Company\xc2\xb4s team and customers.

Provide technical support to customers and sales teams in the EURAM region.

Develop and deliver technical training programs to customers and the our Company\xc2\xb4s Animal Health team.

Work closely with the Global Technical Manager Poultry to ensure alignment of technical strategies and goals across regions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Represent out Company Animal Health business at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in veterinary science, animal science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles in the poultry industry.

Strong knowledge of poultry production and animal health.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and implement technical strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

High level of integrity and ethical behavior.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
