Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and promote properties in the secondary market.
Manage client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and handle negotiations.
Provide clients with expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective follow-up.
Ensure all deals comply with company policies, RERA regulations, and legal requirements.
Update CRM systems and property databases accurately and regularly.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (preferably in the UAE secondary market).
Good knowledge of RERA regulations and property transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA certification (advantageous).
