Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Portal Specialist

with a strong background in the

real estate industry

to manage and optimize property listings across major property portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing lead generation, improving listing visibility, and ensuring effective use of portal credits and advertising tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize property listings across real estate portals Efficiently handle portal credits, boosts, and advertising packages Generate and maximize qualified leads through strategic portal management Monitor and analyze portal performance, providing regular insights and improvements Ensure listings are accurately aligned with live inventory and market demand Coordinate closely with sales teams to support active listings and campaigns Continuously optimize listings to improve visibility and conversion rates

Requirements & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Proven experience working within a

real estate company

Strong hands-on experience with

Bayut, Property Finder

, and similar real estate portals In-depth knowledge of portal algorithms, credit utilization, and optimization tools Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional sales teams Experience with creative tools or

3D motion exposure is a plus

Experience:

Minimum

2-4 years

of relevant portal management experience in real estate Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic (Mandatory) Immediate joiners are preferred
