Position Purpose:

We are seeking experienced Porsche Specialists/Technicians to join our elite client - Independent Porsche Specialists team formed by experienced Porsche Specialists in Dubai. Their collaborative nature and mentorship capabilities has created a team of respectful and driven professionals. The high-volume center is fast-paced, productive and offers a great flexible work atmosphere ! Their small team structure allows flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. Though OEM certifications are encouraged, they are open to consider any responsible passionate Porsche Specialists to join their young team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace worn and faulty parts as per job card by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions (clutch, gear box and differential), suspension system;
• dismantle them and check parts using hand tools.
• Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies
• Use various instruments to make sure that the replaced / assembled / repaired parts are working properly and put them back into the vehicle
• Diagnose, repair and replace engine management / fuel injection components
• Reline and adjust brakes, align front end, repair or replace shock absorbers and solder leaks in radiator
• Perform such other duties as assigned by the Porsche Technical Head
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Porsche Technical Head so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem.

Position Requirements:

We are looking for self-motivated Porsche specialists with a high level of automotive repair expertise and passion for the automotive industry.

• 2-6 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience
• German car experience preferred - Porsche, Audi, VW or other highline experience is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 1+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience
