Porotta and Dosa Maker
to join our kitchen team in Doha. The ideal candidate must be passionate about preparing authentic and high-quality dishes. This position is open to candidates
currently in Qatar
with a
valid QID and transferable NOC
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh, soft, and layered Kerala-style porottas.
Make a variety of dosas (plain, masala, ghee roast, etc.) consistently and quickly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
Ensure all food is prepared according to standardized recipes.
Manage time efficiently during high-demand hours.
Assist with inventory management for kitchen supplies.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Porotta and Dosa maker (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Immediate availability to join.
Must have a
valid QID
and
transferable NOC
(Mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
