We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Porcelain/Quartz Technician

to fabricate, cut, polish, and install porcelain or quartz surfaces such as countertops, wall cladding, flooring, and other architectural elements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large format slabs and solid surfaces using specialized tools and machinery.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, grind, and polish porcelain or quartz slabs according to design specifications Fabricate countertops, vanities, tabletops, wall panels, and other custom surfaces Operate machinery including bridge saws, CNC machines, grinders, and polishing tools Ensure precise edges, joints, and finishes for aesthetic and structural quality Perform installation at job sites, including fitting, leveling, and sealing joints Handle slabs safely and efficiently to prevent damage or injury Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and technical plans Inspect finished surfaces for quality control and correct imperfections Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition Follow all safety standards and company policies
Requirements:

Proven experience working with quartz, porcelain, or similar materials Knowledge of fabrication tools, cutting and polishing techniques Physical strength and dexterity to lift and maneuver large slabs Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and templates Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid UAE driving license (optional, if job involves site installations) High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training a plus
