and other natural stone materials, with expertise in reading architectural drawings and preparing accurate cost estimates for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for marble and stone works.
Calculate quantities and material requirements.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project details.
Prepare quotations and submit within deadlines.
Ensure estimates are accurate and compliant with company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 years
of experience in marble, granite, or stone estimation.
Strong knowledge of natural stone materials and fabrication processes.
Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in UAE/GCC marble industry.
Knowledge of slab nesting and cutting optimization.
