Pool Lifeguard
Job Description
Maintain active surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas at all times
Enforce pool rules and hotel policies in a calm, professional manner
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including rescues and first aid
Perform routine safety checks of pool equipment and facilities
Maintain accurate incident and accident reports
Keep the pool area clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service
Communicate concerns or safety issues to hotel management promptly
Qualifications
Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
Strong swimming and rescue skills
Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
