Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pool & Landscaping Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality delivery of swimming pool and landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for pool and landscaping works. Manage a team of technicians, masons, plumbers, and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor quality control, safety, and adherence to project specifications and drawings. Coordinate with the project manager, design team, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Manage site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently. Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines. Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and safety standards. Handle site issues proactively and provide solutions to maintain project schedules.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pool and/or landscaping supervision within the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool systems (pumps, filters, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling). Knowledge of softscape and hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and landscape finishes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscaping, or related field (preferred).
