We are seeking a responsible and experienced Swimming Pool Cleaning Team Leader to supervise and coordinate a team of pool technicians. The ideal candidate ensures pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained while leading the team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign daily tasks to pool cleaning staff.
Ensure pools are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Monitor water quality and oversee chemical treatment.
Inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
Train team members on safety, cleaning techniques, and best practices.
Maintain records and report maintenance issues to management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certificate preferred.
Proven experience in pool maintenance and team supervision.
Strong knowledge of water treatment, pool equipment, and safety protocols.
Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
