to oversee and manage a team of cleaners ensuring high cleaning standards and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be

expert in deep cleaning, sofa cleaning, curtain cleaning & carpet cleaning,

having strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Lead the Cleaning Team

- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Perform Cleaning Duties

- Assist with cleaning tasks when needed, ensuring high hygiene standards.

Inspect Work Areas

- Conduct quality checks to ensure cleanliness meets company standards.

Train and Support Staff

- Provide training on cleaning procedures, safety measures, and best practices.

Manage Supplies and Equipment

- Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of cleaning products and tools.

Report Issues and Maintain Records

- Document cleaning activities, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Communicate with Management

- Provide updates on cleaning schedules, team performance, and any concerns.

Requirements:

? Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a leadership role.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Ability to lead and motivate a team.
? Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
? Good communication skills.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
