Role:

Managing Admin, data & finance executives on accurate financial reporting & administration between team, licensing supervisors, finance department, sales, insurance & head of licensing.

Accountabilities:

Ensure establishing database of 4000+ company owned vehicles (Sales, Deployment and private) nationwide
Supervising on the data management & the following up of the new vehicles sold at auctions.
Maintain daily reporting on licensing operations with licensing head.
Supervising & following on coordination with the sales supervisors on the database for expired licenses
Following up & supervising on the managing of expired licenses, withdrawal receipts, and delivery of new licenses
Lead Admin Executive team in partnership with Finance SPOC on financial and pitty cash settlements in compliance with company policies
Follow-up on all financial and administrative decisions to present it to head of licensing.
Supervising on licensing & permits dates registration.
Managing & leading Admin Executive team to coordinate with the sales and supply chain as well as insurance department on reporting updates.
Conduct weekly meeting with relevant stakeholders to follow up on updates.
