Prime Transport is hiring a
PMV, Fleet & Transportation Manager
to oversee our plant, machinery, and vehicle operations. The ideal candidate ishands-on, organized, and capable of managing the fleet independently
-- ensuring maximum efficiency, minimum downtime, and smooth transport operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
fleet maintenance, repair, and inspection schedules
. Managevehicle dispatching, driver coordination
, and daily transport operations. Superviseworkshop teams
and ensure preventive maintenance is followed. Track and analyzefleet performance, fuel usage, and operating costs
. Maintain accurate records for all equipment and vehicles. Ensurecompliance with safety and regulatory standards
. Handleprocurement of spare parts
, stock control, and supplier coordination. Lead, train, and evaluate staff to achieve high performance and safety awareness.Requirements:
5-8 years of UAE experience
in PMV, fleet, or transportation management. Strong technical knowledge ofheavy vehicles, machinery, and maintenance planning
. Excellentleadership, organization, and communication
skills. Proficient inMicrosoft Office
andfleet management systems
. Ability towork independently
and make quick operational decisions.Benefits:
