Location: Dammam Head Office Department: Transportation Key Responsibilities: . Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Transportation Manager. . Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence. . Prepare reports, memos, and related documents. . Maintain organized filing systems and records. . Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as required. Requirements: . Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role. . Strong communication and organizational skills. . Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). . Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. .
