The Role

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES o Day to day coordination of the Technical Department administration as assigned by the Technical Manager Sending Overdue job count to all vessels on the 1st week of every month. o Provide CFM training & familiarization to new employees and new Crew. o Check replication issues in office and vessel systems. Check import /export files. Any discrepancies o Any other tasks as directed by the Technical Manager o Provide oversight to junior data entry team members o Check the running hours every month and report to the vessel if the data is wrongly updated. o Monitoring vessel spare parts purchased history, location, and inventory updates.



Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS o Familiar with preventive maintenance system. o Minimum 2 years of experience as Junior Engineer or Third Engineer o Experience on similar vessel type preferred (e.g., AHTS, DP2, Barge, Tanker, OSV). EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS o Technical education (Engineering Diploma, 3rd Engineer License or Equivalent) o Preferred STCW Regulation III/1 - OICEW Certificate (Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch) COMPETENCIES o Asset management experience and ability to coordinate activities. o Teamwork and personnel management skills. o Good understanding of marine auxiliary machinery. o Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset. o Ability to follow instructions and technical department hierarchy.
