The Role
Position Title:
HR Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE : Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards. Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements. Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation. Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.Requirements

Qualifications: Open to Asian nationalities Female, 25 - 35 years old Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field. At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from banking or finance sector.
