Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a
PMO Specialist
.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant professional qualification. At least
8+ years of experience
in IT and/or business project management roles. Proficiency inProject Management tools
(e.g., MS Projects, EPM) andERP tools
(e.g., SAP). Strong knowledge ofproject management methodologies
such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. Expertise inIT projects
and business processes across various industries. Demonstrated ability to maintainhigh-quality standards
in project deliverables. Strongdata and business analysis skills
. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
with professional conduct. Familiarity withQatargas IT strategy, policies, and industry regulations
is a plus.Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed
reports
on project demand and its impact on operations. Facilitateproject investment appraisals
and document decision-making processes. Producedetailed project and portfolio reports
, including cost summaries. Provide administrative support toproject boards and quality review meetings
. Monitor and report program/portfolio progress tosenior management
. Guide teams onproject management tools, processes, and proposals
. Maintain and updateproject management software
for effective tracking. Facilitatesteering committees and quality review sessions
. Administerchange control processes
to ensure scope, cost, and timeline compliance. Maintain and reviewperformance metrics
and recommend improvements.Salary:
