ARABIC SPEAKER PMO SPECIALIST -

to lead and support

process optimization and documentation enhancements

across the organization

Process Development & Optimization Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Digitally document and publish processes using platforms like Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho WorkDrive, or similar tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Monday.com). Create tailored training manuals for respective departments in collaboration with relevant team leaders on SOPs and operational best practices.

Mandatory technical skills

Digital Process Mapping & Documentation Knowledge of Zoho & Business Process Tools Cross-Functional Collaboration Change Management & PMP Skills Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io). Ability to translate complex processes into clear, standardized SOPs. Training Skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

Experience:

digital projects handling (preferably e-learning based): 4 years (Preferred) business process documentation and optimization: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* PMP or related certification (Preferred)
