Supports the Enterprise IT portfolio by ensuring governance, controls, and project delivery processes are effectively implemented across initiatives. Coordinates with project managers, evolves project standards, and supports execution of medium to large IT projects while ensuring alignment, reporting accuracy, and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain IT Project Standards guide
Improve project lifecycle processes and templates
Manage delivery of small/medium IT projects
Support large-scale group transformation initiatives
Maintain repository of project processes and best practices
Track and measure business benefit realization
Implement governance standards and monitor deliverables
Ensure accurate financial controls, forecasting, and budgeting
Compile and analyze project success metrics
Manage Lessons Learned repository
Conduct audits and quality checks at interval stages
Perform TCO reporting and project completion reviews
Coordinate project reporting cycles and governance
Support PMIS tools and resource management
Verify vendor invoices and ensure accurate financial postings
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
Project Management certification preferred
7-10 years IT experience including PMO exposure
Strong governance, analytical, and reporting skills
Experience managing small projects or major project components
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools
