Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IT project management standards, templates, and process guides.
  • Support project delivery across multiple business units, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evolving project processes and templates.
  • Facilitate governance and control across the project portfolio, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Monitor project KPIs, deliverables, and timelines while supporting large-scale transformational initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, monitoring, forecasting, and budget control of project expenditures.
  • Conduct quality reviews, project audits, and risk assessments at critical project stages.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of lessons learned and best practices.
  • Manage PMIS tools (such as WorkFront) and ensure data consistency across reporting systems.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly project reports, governance reviews, and performance updates.
  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper accounting and divisional postings.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of IT project management or PMO experience, including 2+ years in a medium-to-large organization.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and governance skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PM tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven experience managing financial controls, forecasting, and performance tracking.
