Job Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior Static Equipment Engineer responsible for leading and delivering the overall static equipment design activities of the PMC contract to Wood and client's satisfaction.

+ Very strong technical knowledge in Static and Equipment's

+ Ability to check, validate and approve the Peer, Vendor and Sub-Contractor documents.

+ Excellent Awareness and usage of Discipline codes and standards

+ Preparation of MDS, Specification, Calculations, Requisitions of TBE static equipment's.

+ Knowledge of Construction and Commissioning requirements of Static Equipment's

+ Knowledge of Inspection and Testing requirements of Static Equipment's.

+ Review of Inter discipline documents

+ Providing support to site construction and commissioning team.

+ Other General Engineering and Project support activities

Minimum Qualifications

+ BSc / BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification with extensive relevant experience.

Minimum Experience

+ 15+ years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role

+ PMC experience required

+ Thorough knowledge and understanding of the engineering design and analysis

+ Thorough awareness of relevant international codes and standards

+ Experience of the application of HAZOP, HAZID and e-HAZOP to design

+ Gas processing experience is highly preferable
